As an alumni of Fayetteville State University, we should show pride in our alma mater by having a FSU license plate on our vehicles. Maryland Motor Vehicle Administration will allow local non-profit organization authorization to have a customized license plate. We need at least twenty-five(25) members who are Maryland registered drivers, and must comply with the regulations adopted by the MVA.
